Kim went above and beyond once again and still fought for us a year after the sale! She got the furnace exclusion removed from our home warranty, so we were not out of pocket for a furnace. Kim is a great asset to your team!

Our experience with Ilona Baumhofer was an enjoyable one. In most situations there is a significant amount of pressure to hurry and do things quickly, our experience with Ilona was not one of those. She showed a great deal of patience and personal interest in making our home buying experience as easy and worry free as possible.
